Free parking is generously provided by Silicon Labs. Please park in the Silicon Labs Garage (entrance at 166 Colorado Street) and tell the attendant you’re there for Austin in Common. The venue is located one block northwest of the garage at the intersection of Lavaca and 2nd.

2024 highlights -
ACL Live at The Moody Theater does not have a clear bag policy, but the venue does not allow backpacks and large bags (exceeding 11”x17”) into the venue for the safety and comfort of all attendees. Necessary diaper bags and medical bags are permitted. All bags and purses are subject to inspection.
Weapons of any kind are prohibited, along with illegal substances, outside food and drink, and items that would be disruptive. All patrons are subject to wanding and bag searches upon entry.

No, seating will be theater-style with no VIP section. Everyone will be assigned a section at check-in to ensure a smooth seating experience when the program begins. There will be directional signage and staff available to help you find your way to your section. After all, we all have Austin in Common—our goal is for you to meet someone new!

Check-in will begin at 6 p.m. Please arrive early to allow time for pre-show festivities, including mingling, food and drink, and music by DJ Mel. The program will begin at 7 p.m. and last about one hour, at which point the celebration will continue with dessert.

If you’re unable to attend the event, we’re happy to record your gift as fully tax-deductible. When you arrive, you can check in by presenting the QR code from your emailed ticket or simply providing your name to the check-in team. Once checked in, you’ll receive your assigned seating section and any event materials. Our team will be there to guide you and ensure a smooth start to the evening!
