Our privacy policy describes how Austin Community Foundation gathers, uses, discloses and manages personal information of visitors and users.

Children in the United States who are under the age of 13 may provide personal data in connection with their scholarship searches and scholarship applications, which are available through our third-party Service Provider. If you no longer wish to receive communications from us, you may opt out of receiving these communications by emailing info@austincf.org

From time to time, it may be necessary for us to send out service-related announcements. Generally, users may not opt out of these communications unless they deactivate their account.

Data retention

The Foundation will retain your personal data for the time necessary to fulfill the purposes for which your personal data was originally collected or received and to meet the Foundation’s legal obligations.
If you no longer desire our services and you want your profile to be deleted from our systems, please contact us at info@austincf.org and let us know you want your profile to be removed and be sure to include the email address associated with the profile to be removed.

We may amend this Privacy Policy at any time in our sole discretion, without notice to you. It is your responsibility to review this Privacy Policy from time to time, to see if modifications have been made. Any modification is effective immediately upon posting on the applicable Site.
