Scholarship Committee Resources

Thank you for serving on a scholarship selection committee. Please see below for helpful
information to help you navigate through the scholarship evaluation process

Step 1 – Prepare & Share

If you’re the committee chair…

• Share our online scholarship portal with your network (https://www.grantinterface.com/Home/Logon?urlkey=austincfs)
• Select and share a meeting date to review applications with your committee
  • If the application is online, you may simply review applications through the online
    portal without scheduling a physical meeting
• Complete the Individual Confidentiality Form

If you’re a member of the selection committee…

• Share our online scholarship portal with your network (https://www.grantinterface.com/Home/Logon?urlkey=austincfs)
• Complete the Individual Confidentiality Form. If you are on more than one committee, please
  complete a separate form for each committee in which you serve.
• Look for communication from your committee chair regarding the review process and timeline

Step 2 – Review applications

Applications are accepted online, and our system ensures each applicant is qualified for each scholarship. The day after the scholarship deadline each reviewer will receive an email that provides access to the applications for review.

Work with your scholarship committee to review applicants and select your scholarship recipients. The online application and review process does not require you to change any aspect of your decision process.

Step 3 – Select your scholarship recipient(s)

After the committee has selected scholarship recipients, the Selection Committee Chair will nominate recipients through the online portal.

If the scholarship application process is offline, please complete the form below.

Overall Selection Committee Form – Only the selection committee chair may submit the form. Please discuss within your committee to make sure this form is completed.
