The Housing Accelerator Loan Fund
Financing options
- Loan types: Land acquisition, pre-development, bridge financing, and subordinate construction.
- Terms: Flexible terms, up to six years, but typically between one and three years.
- Size: Loans range from $500,000 to $4 million. We invest in projects of all sizes in a wide range of units.
- Property types: We finance various property types, including vacant land, existing operating properties, permanent supportive housing, multi-family, and residential units.
Eligibility
Organizations that meet the following criteria are encouraged to apply for financing:
- Focuses on producing or preserving affordable housing units for Central Texas residents earning less than 80% of median family income (MFI)
- Works in at least one of the following counties: Bastrop, Burnet, Caldwell, Hays, Travis or Williamson
- Supports vulnerable or difficult-to-serve populations
