2024 Women’s Fund grant partners

Thanks to the generosity of our investors and volunteers, the Women’s Fund awarded $500,000 in general operating support to 15 organizations working to support the economic mobility of women in Central Texas.

We’re thrilled to introduce our 2024 grant partners, beginning with the top finalists in each of our five impact areas: Child Care, Education, Housing, Unintended Pregnancy Prevention, and Women’s Health

Child Care

Expanding access to safe, quality, culturally competent and affordable child care that is conveniently located for families with low incomes.

 

Mainspring Schools

$55,000 / Two-year grant

Providing children and their families with a community for high-quality early education and holistic support so that each child and parent has the tools necessary for success in school and life.

Providing access to an ecosystem of support—academic, emotional, and financial—for women pursuing educational dreams.

 

Truth Be Told

$55,000 / Two-year grant

Providing transformational trauma-responsive programs for women who are or have been incarcerated to promote healing and empowerment, and break the cycle of incarceration for themselves, their families, and their communities.

Saint Louise House

$55,000 / Two-year grant

Providing stable housing and wraparound services to empower women and their children to overcome homelessness for generations to come.

Planned Parenthood of Greater Texas

Providing trusted, evidence-based sexual healthcare and education while advocating for reproductive justice, care without judgment, and access to healthcare for all.
