Demographic Data
We recognize the philanthropic sector has predominately lacked diversity and cultural competency in the workplace. It’s an issue that Austin Community Foundation has been working to address. We aim to establish a workplace and board leadership that is diverse, inclusive and fair. While we have made progress over the past few years, there is more to be done. We will continue our efforts to have representation and leadership that reflects the communities and populations we serve.
